Team Assignment and Candidate Identification
Humantiq Search appoints a senior project leader along with dedicated consultants to your project. This team generates a list of organizations and candidates that best match your requirements, conducting their search on regional or national levels as needed.
Recruitment and Progress Update
Our recruitment team initiates the search for candidates who fit the established specification. Throughout this phase, the Project Lead provides weekly status updates, ensuring that you remain informed about our progress.
Candidate Vetting and Presentation
Candidates identified during recruitment are referred to the Project Leader for thorough vetting. Qualified candidates are then presented to your organization with an interview synopsis and candidate profile.
Interview Coordination
We collaborate with you to arrange initial interviews, supporting both virtual and on-site meetings. Our team remains involved throught the process helping to facilitate an efficient and seamless process.
Final Candidate Selection
Humantiq Search assists your organization in the final selection process, building a shortlist of references and supporting the review of compensation requirements.
Onboarding
Humantiq Search partners with you in onboarding, working closely with the selected candidate through their transition into their new role. We support the candidates transition for the first 90 days and provide post placement support.
